To be very honest, I purchased this item after I purchased the McDavid waist trimmer which I did like very much BUT the McDavid waist trimmer began to rip and fray after only a very few wears. I am a bigger girl about size 18 jeans and m/l tops... with large hips and I believe the fraying was caused by having to wrap around my hips... I like to wear two belts at a time so that my upper hips and torso are completely covered... right up under my sports bra..

So when I received the package and opened the Yasco Adjustable Waist Trimmer up I was very, very pleased to see that all the edges were sewed with additional smooth material! I put it on right away and no ripping sounds or frayed edges when I took it off...

It is a snug fit but that only motivates me to lose more inches verses pounds...

The first day I wore it around the house while doing chores and I did sweat a bit... surprise... then I wore it on the treadmill and sweat even more! I went and hugged my hubby after and he was all "gross your sweaty" I was totally thrilled by this that i smooshed his hand to my back so he could feel the sweat more which only caused him to grin and call me gross again... After 1.5 weeks of wearing the product, I have already lost 1 inch off my waist. Everything that''s said about it in terms of the positive is true. I went from a 33 inch to 32 inch waist in one week of usage. The rubber backing really gets the job done, nothing but pure sweat. The outer covering is really nice and smooth The waist trimmer adheres to your waist, regardless of the size. My waist is curvy like a hour glass so the waist trimmer curves along with it. While working out, the Velcro holds up, there''s no slipping off or sliding down or coming apart (like many other velcro adhering products that I''ve experience), it stays right where you place it.

As you adjust it to your preference it stays in place.

Now depending on what exercise I''m doing at the fitness club, the trimmer may curl as I''m curling my lower bottom, however, as I straighten it straightens (naturally, right) back in place. I don''t have to re-adjust it to my waist due to the adherence of the Velcro. The nature of the Velcro is very strong in its adherence properties.

I personally wear it against my body to get the maximum affect, however, as you well now you can wear it over your fitness outfit and allow your clothes to absorb the sweat.

The quality is pretty good for the price (it''s not a cheap looking or feeling product) its sturdy and supportive of my lower back, which is very important due to my lower back disc herniation. I have already suggested this product to some of my patients and co-workers, simply because it really is an excellent product. In terms of cleaning it, I only clean the inner side, the rubber with soap and warm water with a towel, nothing fancy.

I do this as soon as I get home because of the salt content in the sweat. Our sweat contains lots of salt so the trimmer is probably designed to eliminate the water and the salt from the body to maintain Homeostasis while working out. A sweat rate of 1 liter per hour would thus cause a salt loss of 2740 grams for a 12 hour workout without the trimmer, so you can imagine how much more you can loose with the waist trimmer, just keep taking in your water. So as you see you need to clean the trimmer after each work out because over time the salt will eventually damage the trimmer and you don''t want that to happen.

After cleaning just leave it open either flat or over the back of a chair or something like that, rubber side up. Don''t believe all the negative responses, its just spoil individuals who expects perfection in everything.

Well i bought this in effort to aid my weight lost goal. I am not huge but am trying to loose a few extra pounds. It does make you sweat. When I first received it I put it on and about 20 mins later I noticed my body getting warming causing a light sweat. When I use it during workouts I come back and am completely drenched, some of my sweat leaks out from the bottom and can see/feel the sweat on my shorts. Materials seem to be quality I dont worry about it breaking. Also it does make me look a little "fuller" in my shirt but not enough to bother me.

Mens Compression Gym and Exercise Shorts

I do an hour on the treadmill every day and I like using compression shorts for this workout. These shorts are terrific for the price. They have double material in the front and are cut for extra room for your stuff. I have a 35" waist and purchased the medium. The compression on the thigh is good but the torso seems to be light. I am particularly sensitive to seams and these still irritate me slightly. I find that I must wear additional under clothing to prevent chafing. If seams do not normally bother you, these will not. They are the best from all of the compression shorts I have tried.

i bought these shorts for my husband. he said he needed some athletic shorts that were comfortable and easy to wear under his work out clothes. i guess he could type this himself, but overall they are working. they''re better than the starter shorts he had been using. so we''ll see if they last longer. bought 2 because the deal was great.

Bridgedale Women''s Lo Socks

I''ve tried Bridgedale''s Women''s Speed Diva socks also, but I decided to give these a try when I needed more athletic socks. I mean, hey, they''re made out of bamboo!!

I would never have thought that bamboo would feel like this---they''re very soft and warm, without overheating your feet. They''re also great to run with, yet I also love to wear these around the house as well when my feet need some extra warmth.

For product comparisons, I think these are more cushy than the Speed Divas, but they''re thicker. So if you want a thinner sock, the Speed Diva would be a better bet. These are also not as thick as another sock I use, the Darn Tough Merino Wool socks, but I think these are actually more comfortable for everyday wear. Use Darn Tough more for athletic stuff---although I sometimes wear these during the day as well.

If you want some comfortable multi-function socks, these are definitely worth the price. I would recommend these to anyone.

This bra is very flattering and cute, but not as supportive as the racerback style. The gathering in the cleavage if more flattering, as it doesn''t flatten the breasts the way the racerback tends to, however I found the straps to be a little to stretchy and long to really offer quite the support I was hoping for.

I''ve owned several trainers before I bought this one. All the others were either too loud, too heavy to haul around, or didn''t offer enough resistance. This trainer on the other hand is 1affordable 2super super quiet! probably the quietest there is! 3not too heavy, and can be taken to races for warm-up and 4the resistance levels on this thing are fantastic! In my heaviest gear (52T chainring 14T cassette) and on resistance level 6, it requires about 450 watts of power to get it spinning at a decent pace. For most with 11T cassettes, it''ll take about 500 watts at resistance level 6. for me, staying on resistance level 3 is a tough workout (around 200 watts) I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a decent affordable trainer.

I ordered my Blackburn Tech Mag 6 Trainer on 12/19/2011 and it arrived on my doorstep today 12/21/2011 Fast Delivery! Having read the 12 reviews from others, flipping through Utube reviews, and not having purchased a trainer before. I went ahead and purchased the Mag 6 Trainer...Earlier reviews mentioned missing parts & no instructions, also mentioned the unit was rather loud. Upon opening the packaging I found the entire unit in tact, with instructions, and no missing parts. The Mag 6 was a bit tricky to put together but if you just take your time, it will take less than 15 minutes. Once the Mag 6 was assembled, my next concern was removing the skewer (sp) from my own bike and replacing it with the one that came with the Unit. It was a very simple process and took less than a minute to perform. Attaching my bike to the Mag 6 was quite easy, although I suggest you loosen the RU Adjuster Knob a bit so that it slides back to allow your tire and skewer to aline properly, then you can tighten the FastCrank Knob and Locking Nuts. After adjusting the RU Adjuster Knob ( the knob that tightens or loosens the Resistance Unit to the tire )to what I considered the proper tension, I then connected the Remote Bar Mount Resistance Adjuster to the handle bars of my road bike ( you may need to reove the plastic inserts so you can secure the Adjuster to your handle bars ). I then made adjustments to the legs of the Mag 6 so that my tire was approximately 1/2 inch from the floor. I mounted my Specialized Allez Elite and started pedaling the resistance control knob was on level 6 which made it difficult to pedal, but after figuring that out, turned the level down to 1 and it eased up quite a bit. I road for approximately 30 minutes. During this 30 minute period I went from level 1,2,3,4,5,6 and back down to 1 again. I have to say I was very impressed with this Trainer! Not having riden any other Trainer I have nothing to compare it to, but for $156.00 and delivered to my front door in 2 days, Amazing! I am only 5''4" and 150lbs. I found the Mag 6 to be very sturdy and appears to be made of quality material. The legs extend out to provide a very comfortable ride without feeling like I was going to tip over. While pedaling I turned the Remote Bar Mount Resistance Adjuster levels 4,5, and 6. Along with changing the gears on my bike, I stood up didn''t notice any change is structural stability of the Mag 6. It was not bouncing around and I didn''t feel i was going to fall over either. At the end of the ride I checked to ensure my bike was still secure to the Unit and that nothing had come loose, everything was fine! Noise level was fairly mild to minimum. although earlier reviews mentioned the Unit was noisy, I didn''t find that to be an issue. I felt the over all performance for the Blackburn Tech Mag 6 was GOOD! My only concern is the RESISTANCE UNIT (RU) housing is made of plastic. After my 30 minute ride this platic housing was extremely warm. Another concern was for the wear on my Tyre/tire? One might consider purchasing a few training tires (a friendly suggestion)because the resistance will wear your tyre/tire tread down. I''m also considering purchasint another rim and training tyre. I really enjoyed working out with the Mag 6 Trainer. I''ll have to do a follow up after a few months of good solid use. It also comes with a Life Time Warranty, if it breaks they will fix it !....I was very pleased with the Mag 6!...Hope this helps those of you who are considering one?

This is a great starter trainer, a little noisy but managable with headphones on. It came well packaged, the instructions (1 sheet front and back, like 6 languages) are not very detailed, but it''s pretty simple to put together. I was missing the quick release skewer, but was able to call the company and they sent a replacement part right away. I have a very old bike that does not have a quick release lever at all on the tires, but was able to get the bike to stay in it anyway.

Overall nice product, well made, simple to use.

I''ve been using the Blackburn Mag 6 for two weeks and can highly recommend it. Using with 700x25c Michelin Optimum road tire. Previously used the Graber mag trainer for 8 months and it fell apart. Not only that but the roller was made out of PVC and grooves appeared on the roller making for an uneven cadence. The Mag 6 roller is metal, not smooth but has a semi rough surface to prevent tire slippage. I tried several trainers from my LBS CycleOps, Kinetic and one other. The Mag 6 beat them flat out not only on price but also for construction and adjustable feet.

PS: Not sure how people miss it, but instructions are taped to one of the larger pieces of styrofoam. I guess they should make them RED? I didn''t actually use them, but peeled them off and put them in a drawer with all the others...

PPS: If you have the tension adjustment to tight on the roller, the resistance changes (from the knob) will be abrupt. Loosen it until it "just" doesn''t slip when you ride. Also the knob works smoother after you turn it a few times. After a 1/2 hour ride on simulated hills (turning knob both ways, several times) It is smooth and good to go.

Giant Back Hyperextension

This machine is decent. It is adequate enough for doing glute-ham raises or hyperextensions.

While you can do the exercises on this machine without much trouble, the machine itself does have a few design flaws. First, the machine could stand to be constructed a little bit more sturdier. It is slightly wobbly, even when all screws are fastened tightly. Secondly, the seat pad apparently has a severe defect with it. The cushion can separate from the wooden base. Lastly, the seat cushion is not very comfortable for males. It puts a lot of pressure on the genitals and the pubic bone.

The other issue is Yukon''s (the manufacturer) customer service is terrible. My seat pad came torn on delivery. It took Yukon approximately 3 months to ship out the replacement. After a month and a half their policy seemed to be deception, and they kept telling me the seat would be delivered "next week," 4 weeks in a row.

One service rep stated that the seat replacement is in so much demand that is in constant back-order. That is a red flag in itself.

I recommend that if you do purchase this equipment you also buy some duct tape and thoroughly wrap it around the seat cushion and the base of the seat cushion. It should give the seat enough support so that it doesn''t end up separating.

If you want a machine to workout your lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and abs, look no further. I only wish the foot holders and plates were a little wider.

An excellent price for such a well-crafted piece of equipment. A previous reviewer noted that while it isn''t quite up to commercial grade glute-ham machines it''s pretty close -is 100% correct. The only differences that I could find between the HYP-156 and a commercial model is that the commercial model uses a heavier gage of steel/aluminum in the frame and that the foot rests are vinyl covered. Put some black duct tape on the foot rests and you''ll be fine. This piece of equipment is excellent for frequent home use. It is sturdy, adjusts well, and is sturdy. I highly recommend it!

The assembly instructions were very clear and yes --I know this is hard to believe but all the parts were there: nuts, washers, bolts, everything! When assembling, I recommend getting the basic frame together first and then tighten everything down. The tolerances are well engineered and don''t leave much wiggle room if you''re a bit out of alignment.

Again an excellent well-made, quality piece of exercise equipment!!

Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike

This is one solid bike, not to mention how attractive it is! I did have problems with some of the assembly but with a little research was able to get all the pieces in place. The seat was aweful for ME; might work for others--replaced with a seat more suited to my bottom, hence 4 stars. I''m almost 64 years young, a bit overweight and have some health issues, and I really needed something that would allow me to get a good workout without having to drive to a track or go to a gym (both a waste of time and energy for me). I have to admit that I pursued this spinner bike thing with much skepticism--especially one designed for "home exercising". I researched for almost a month and read reviews and finally settled on this one. OMG, I was so pleased to see 4-5 stars on this bike all over the internet and the positive comments. Now I know why. This bike is awesome: Solid, sturdy, multi-adjustable, reasonably quiet, nicely priced AND attractive!! I''ve put myself on a 15 minutes moderate ride each morning to begin, and let me tell you. . .I''m sweating profusely by the end of the time (I used to lift weights and currently do lots of yard work so I''m not that out of shape). Ok, don''t want to bore you with my enthusiasm about this product, but it''s well worth 5 stars. If you''re in the market, try this one.

Let''s cut to the chase -this exercise bike is smaller than the most popular models. It is 43" high rather than the standard 47" high. Those few inches make a huge difference if you''re under 5''4". We have users that range from 5''0" to over 5''8" riding this bike and they can all adjust it to be perfectly comfortable. The same users could not use models that are 47" high even with the seats lowered as far as they could go. The handlebars could also be adjusted for comfort for a rider who like road bikes where the handlebars are low (level with the seat) and for users who are used to comfort bikes, where the handlebars are much higher, allowing for upright riding.

In more detail:

Assembly: All parts are provided, including tools! One thing to note is that the bolts are already screwed into the parts for shipping. You need to unscrew the bolts, put the parts together and then re-insert and tighten the bolts. The only parts you need to assemble are the legs, the seat post and the handlebar. It took about 15 minutes total. It can be done by a single person, but because the main body of the bike is heavy (with the flywheel), two people would make it easier. The only other odd part of the assembly is the plastic housing that covers the bolts that connect the handlebars to the vertical bar. The vertical bar is square but the plastic housing through which it must be inserted is mostly round. It has several notches cut into the plastic housing to allow the bar to be inserted though it. However, when inserted with the notches at the corners of the square bar, the plastic housing is not aligned correctly. I thought this was a manufacturing error. What I did was insert the housing all the way to the end using the notches and then twisted the housing to the correct alignment. It worked fine that way and the rest of the assembly of the handlebars went smoothly.

Adjustments: One of the places where the manufacturer took a short cut for cost is the adjustment knobs. Many of the other exercise bikes in this price range have a spring loaded adjustment knob so that you just have to loosen it, pull it out against the spring and move the component (seat or handlebar), then release the knob to click into one of the pre-drilled holes. This bike uses a screw-in knob. In order to adjust, you need to fully unscrew the knob out, make your adjustment, then line up the hole in the bar and re-screw in the knob. This is much harder to do than a spring-loaded adjustment knob. It''s not a deal-breaker, but it is an inconvenience. I wonder if you can buy spring-loaded adjustment knobs aftermarket.

iPad Holder: This was the best surprise one could get. I was planning on buying an iPad holder that could clamp onto the handlebar. What I found was that the handlebar has a large U-shaped part between the long handlebars. Along with the plastic housing that covers the bolts, the U-shaped bar makes a perfect iPad platform that is stable, large and perfectly angled to watch videos as you workout. Did they design it that way on purpose? I don''t know, I just know that it works perfectly!

Seat: The seat is wide and cushioned. However, we will be replacing it with something even more comfortable. The seat is not razor thin, but it is hard enough that some users may want to find a replacement. Seats are a personal preference I think. The one they provide is not bad, but you could do better if you want longer workouts.

Summary For the vertically-challenged, this exercise bike is a god-send. I saw one review on this bike that said that it is not for under 5''5". I couldn''t disagree more. It is perfect for 5"0" and above. With the iPad platform and quiet operation, it is a great way to get exercise at home!

Because of the low price, I was a bit reluctant to buy this bike (You know the old saying you get what you pay for.) but it is a heavy duty champ. It is easy to assemble and so sturdy you will never feel like it is going to tip over. The lack of fancy instruments (which usually stop working after awhile) is no disadvantage. I put an old wrist watch around the handle bars to keep track of time. I worked up to 20 minutes per session and am now gradually increasing the tension. I thought walking was enough, but the Sunny soon proved me wrong. Now I go for a morning walk and when I return home get on the bike for 20 minutes. I have never felt healthier.

Three things to take note of: The box is very heavy and unless you are really strong, you will need help getting it where you want to open the box and assemble the bike. Second, do get a 3x4 foot rubber mat -especially if you have people living below you and you want to work out late at night. Also the mat will make it easy to keep the area around and under the bike clean. Third, the seat is a nice shape but hard. If you don''t have a lot of muscle down there, do get a gel seat cover -makes all the difference. The Sunny SF-B1001 isn''t fancy, but it is built to last and a treat to use.

Everlast Elite Leather Speed Bag

I''ve been struggling to find a well balanced bag with a good construction. Its pretty much hit or miss I''m finding, but this is a good bag. I have 3 bags, two everlast and one top contender. The everlast vinyl that came with my platform is perfectly balanced, but already has a small rip from use (not a big deal, still usable). I wanted to get a leather bag so that its easier on my hands. The leather on this bag is heavy and can take a beating, and the large size of the bag is convenient for a good workout (Beginner). It is also well balanced, not as well as the vinyl, but much better than the top contender I purchased.

I would recommend this bag.

the bag says on it not to inflate beyond 10LBS and it really doesn''t take many pumps to fill it. the leather does NOT look like the pic posted here when inflated. the pic makes it look shiny and rubbery and more like a round bigger size bag. this is a smaller leather bag. this thing feels GREAT to hit and bounces well. i use it with a ball bearing cotter pin everlast swivel and i could hit it all day! i would be willing to bet that a lot of people burst the bladder inside the bag by pumping too much air into it. there are places to buy cheap bladders and with this bag if i made that mistake i would just get more bladders for it. i''ll post a video review if this site lets me.

You know the old saying. You get what you pay for?

That applies here: this stability ball is high-quality and holds air much better and cheaper balls. I haven''t needed to add additional air since it was originally inflated.

The ball includes two plugs, a removal tool and an air pump. The instruction manual mentions a foot pump although that was not included within my package; instead a hand pump was in the box. No big deal just worth mentioning for an intended buyer.

I have been using this stability ball for P90X2 so far so good.

Ab Circle Pro

I posted a review for this piece of junk that has now been removed. It''s curious that all of the reviews that are now out there say the same thing and I find them highly suspect.

With less than an hour''s use, the left kneepad had a lateral crack that ran across the mounting hole. By the time I sent an Email to report the problem, the Right kneepad cracked in almost the identical place.

The paint was flaking after the first use, and I at first thought that it was wax because it was sticking to the rollers, and making them not roll smooth, but after cleaning the rollers and wiping the unit down, I ccould see that the paint was coming off where the rollers were tracking. Note: the position of the rollers is welded, and unadjustable, and they are not centered on the rolling surface. All of the users weight rests on less than half of the roller surface.

The counter sets on a bracket that doesn''t quite fit the slot it goes into, and after several reps on the machine, the counter fell off several times until I taped it in place.

The spacer bar for the arms that the kneepads set on, pops off, and you have to stop your exercise routine to put it back in place.

I posted pictures of what it looked like with only three weeks use, but they have now been pulled, and different pictures of models on the machines are in their place.

Two years 9/19/2011 later and I can''t believe they''re still marketing this thing. I read through the comments as I''m sitting watching reruns on a rainy day. I saw it at Sears a few weeks ago, and they haven''t changed a thing. Maybe they''re just selling off remaining stock, since the box looked like it was two years old or older. Just goes to prove there''s no quality merchandise control, and if you have a hot body advertising a turd, people will buy it.

I bought it on Sept 1 and it is already broken. One of the wheels that makes the thing work developed a chip in the wheel. It will cost 34.95 to send it back and another 34.95 for them to send it back to me. I only had it for a week before the problem developed and now it''s going to cost me 70.00. Rip-off

I bought this machine despite the reviews online being some what mixed...I thought might as well buy it for myself and see how it works for me. I received the ab circle pro yesterday and It will be going back hopefully tomorrow...I put it together very easily with in 15 mins so that was nice. I have used the machine for about 20 mins and it is already warped and not running correctly on its tracks, the logo on the machine is a cheap sticker that was already peeling off as soon as I took it out of the box...and there is paint chipping...with less then 20 minutes of use!! most of the positive feedback on this machine here on amazon seems to be fake and by someone from the company or something. It would be a great addition to my work out with diet and additional exercise if I was positive it would last longer then a month but I doubt it would last longer then a week If I use it as I intended. I did break a sweat and it worked out my arms shoulder and the sides of my abs but I give this machine 1 star due to its poor quality and price. I am better off purchasing a bike or elliptical machine that will last for years rather then a few days and continue with palates and other floor ab work to obtain the results I want. If this review is not enough do addiontal research online and don''t make the mistake I did. And do not purchase the gel filled knee pads that are being offered with this machine because they do not even fit into the knee supports on the machine...I am keeping the knee pads tho because they are great for me when I am working on large paintings or anything like that :) Thank you amazon for processing headache free refunds!!!

I like this machine but the rollers wear out quickly and are of a poor quality material for the purpose they are meant to serve. The rollers are in short constructed of substandard material. I feel that if AbCirclePro was serious about marketing this equipment and concerned about their reputation they would offer replacement parts rollers more specifically which wear out quickly. It''s a shame to create such a great product and to let one design flaw ruin the chances of developing credibility in the excercise equipment market. I am dissapointed this design flaw makes this product a fragile piece of equipment. Excercise equipment should stand up to repeated uses which this does not. The very least this company should do is make this product one that can be upgraded with replacement parts which would raise the reputation of the company that makes AbCirclePro. When a company makes a good product they should take into account the fact that their reputation rides on the general opinions of the people who spend their money on their product. In constructing this piece of equipment the designers should have spent more time and money on research and development which they probably did not do. The material they chose for the rollers were obviously not the right material for the function they were meant to acheive. I want AbCirclePro to step up to the plate and start offering replacement rollers so I can write a review extolling the product as the answer to abolishing love handles and strengthening the core.

Cathe Friedrich''s Body Blast Vol. 4--Timesaver 5-Day Rotation DVD

I''ve done some workouts with Cathe on FitTv and decided to purchase a video (no commercials!) This is a great multi-use DVD which targets chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders, core, and legs. While Cathe uses barbells you can use dumbells at home for the same effect. She also uses a stability ball for core and some biceps. I use it for chest too.

The cardio workouts contain moves I havent seen with other workouts (Voight, Smith, Austin) so it was challenging to learn her routines but worth it in the end. These ARE NOT beginner level step/hi-lo workouts!

The workouts start with 20 minutes of cardio then 20 minutes or so of weight training, core, stretch/cool down.

Some interesting features of this CD are:

1. You can select an emphasis on music, vocals or an equal share of both. Music for those who are experienced, vocals for those learning, and equal share for the rest.

2. Workout Blender: Allows you to pre-select how you want the elements of each workout to be presented WITHOUT having to return to the menu and select the next routine. So you plug-in the routines (say cardio-weight train-cardio-weight train so forth) and hit PLAY! There''s also Mix n Match where you return to the menu and select a new workout by scrolling through the selections.

This is a great 5-day workout, few of the cardio routines are dupblicated through the week too so you get a relatively new workout every day. There are some challenging spots that she doesnt give a lot of time for you to learn so you have to rewind to get it right the first few times.

he weight training is appropriate for all levels w/ traditional workout moves with emphasis on core and stability, slow and fast movements.

#1: warm up, step, chest/triceps, stretch

#2: warm up, step, hi/lo, back/core, stretch

The step choreography is not twirly or dancey, but if you''re new to step, try Cathe''s beginner step videos first, like Basic Step, to become familiar with her moves. (She does "Knees Around the World" in the warm up so if you don''t know how to do that you''ll be terribly frustrated.) I also LOVE that she uses some recognizable music with vocals, it makes the time fly by! This is a compilation of different segments from the Body Blast series, so you''ll see Cathe and her background crew in different outfits in each segment. Even the weight workouts are compiled from different workouts. So in workout 1, for example, when you do triceps, and more triceps, and more triceps, (Eeeek!) it is actually triceps segments from 3 different workouts edited together. This video has a huge variety, one DVD with step, hi/lo (floor aerobics), kickboxing, weights, different stretches at the end of the workouts, it''s just GREAT! They do some weight work with a barbell but all you need is dumbells. They also do a lot of their ab work on a stability ball.

Great workout but it would be easier to catch on if Cathe had someone doing the moves backwards or sideways. It''s hard to get some of the harder moves down when you are stepping the opposite direction. But using just the vocal option helped a lot with that. Overall, I would recommend this video.

We purchased the LifeSpan TR 3000 Treadmill to help us with our exercise routines. We have been researching fitness equipment for over a year and this treadmill had a lot of positive reviews...and to be quite honest in watching the Biggest Loser they seem to use the treadmill and bike the most during their workouts so those are the items we chose to buy. Between my husband and myself, we use it to walk / jog about 5 miles 3 days a week and use the bike 2 of the other days. It is solid. The motor is very quiet, and doesn''t even flinch when my husband jogs (245 lbs). The handlebar speed and incline buttons are great! The running surface is nice at 20" wide.

The drawbacks were nominal but wanted to mention. The machine is big and heavy so have others there to assist when assembling. We had to take our unit to the basement and my husband got some help from a neighbor and a furniture dolly. It took about a week from the time that I ordered until the time I got a call from the delivery company. I am not sure if this is for all deliveries but the driver would not bring this into our house. He did put it in the garage until my husband got home.

I would strongly recommend this treadmill.

It is very heavy, so make sure you have someone help you bring it inside, as the delivery service will not. It is no frills, but seems to be a solid choice.
